In the heart of the Cyclades, in the heart of the Aegean, the largest island of the Cyclades is Naxos. It has unique beaches, traditional villages, historical sites and hospitable inhabitants which constitute the ideal place for those who do not want noisy resorts nor isolated ones.

Its destiny is interwoven with travel, exchanges, new techniques and pioneering ideas.

The landscape of the island has many rotations. Plains succeed barren areas, marble mountains lead to deep shadowed glens, green areas host white villages and sandy beaches meet the sea.

In addition, animal husbandry and beekeeping are particularly developed and offer exceptional quality meat, milk, cheese and thyme honey.

Geologically, the underground is particularly interesting because of the presence of emery, of marble and granite that are exploitable products. The rocks constitute solidly foundations of Naxos and make the island earthquake resistant.

As the capital of the island, Chora offers all contemporary comforts and a plenty of services whereas has a rich market, many entertainment options, restaurants, ouzo taverns and is ideal for walking both the narrow streets with whitewashed houses and the seaside street, full of life.
